1. General Terms
By using the Gntuniq online supermarket platform, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and any other person who accesses or uses our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in Armenian Dram (AMD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
3. Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and order volume. Free delivery is provided on orders over ֏15,000. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
4. Returns and Refunds
Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Perishable items can only be returned if defective. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
